Join us every Tuesday evening in September for a focused hill repeat workout in beautiful Iroquois Park! Whether you’re building strength, prepping for fall races, or just want a fun challenge with a great crew, this series is for you.
We’ll meet at 6:30 PM at the base of the hill near the amphitheater for a group warm-up, then head to the hill. There will be two different hill distances to choose from so you can customize your workout.
This should be a hard effort at steady 5K pace, but not all-out. Jog down between repeats—track your progress by noting the total workout duration, which should decrease as your fitness improves.
September 2nd - 5-6 repeats
September 9th - 5-6 repeats
September 16th - 6-7 repeats
September 23rd - 7-8 repeats
September 30th - 7-8 repeats
