Join the Swags Trail Sessions every Thursday in November at 6:30am in Iroquois Park, meeting near the Iroquois Amphitheater.
These weekly trail runs are a great way to build strength, balance, and confidence on uneven terrain. We’ll run a steady route through the park’s trails at an easy-to-moderate effort, regrouping at key points to make sure everyone stays together. This is a no-drop run—no one gets left behind.
Bring a headlamp if you have one, but don’t worry if you don’t—we’ll have extras available. Trail-capable shoes are recommended, and all paces are welcome.
