Welcome to the 2026 Frozen Feet Challenge! Let’s MOVE OUTSIDE during the coldest part of the year with us. We challenge you to achieve the FULL 4 week streak and build a healthy habit.
Beginning on Thursday, January 1, we're challenging you to walk, hike, or run one mile (or more) every day OUTSIDE for 4 weeks!
How does it work? Each day, you complete at least one mile outside - walk, run, jog, crawl. Just get outside and move! Check-in to our App for credit. The Frozen Feet Challenge uses the honor system, please check-in only after you have completed your daily miles.
Need more incentive? Complete the challenge and claim your finisher's prize. After completing the challenge, join us for a Victory lap at the Swags Run/Walk club on Sunday, February 1st to receive your prize! (to be announced)
HOW TO LOG YOUR MILES:
