  • FROZEN FEET CHALLENGE 2025

    Run or walk at least ONE MILE OUTSIDE every day in January.
    Monday, January 1st – Friday, January 31st, 2025

    We know it’s tough to stay active during the winter months, so Swags is excited to bring you the Frozen Feet Challenge! Starting Monday, January 1st, bundle up and step outside to walk, run, or hike at least one mile per day every single day in January. Treadmills are off-limits—this challenge is all about embracing the winter weather!

    This is a FREE challenge, and logging your daily miles is quick and simple. Register using the link below before January 3rd to join the fun. On January 1st, you’ll be able to check in and log your daily miles! No need to manually track everything, but if you’d like, you can sync your mileage using your favorite fitness apps like Apple Fitness or Strava.

    • What is this years reward for completing the Frozen Feet Challenge?

      Stay tuned! This years Frozen Feet prize will be announced soon.

    • What happens if the weather is really bad?

      What qualifies as "bad weather"? We believe theres no such thing, only poor clothing choices! However, if conditions are truly unsafe, well notify participants that its a "mulligan" day. Otherwise, bad weather is part of the challenge. Need weather-appropriate gear? Swags has you covered. Visit us in-store or online!

    • What if I forget to log my miles?

      Unfortunately, missing a log means youre out of the challenge. Keeping up with your daily logging is part of the commitment!

    • Im having trouble logging in or forgot my password. What should I do?

      Dont worry! You can reset your password through the app. Just enter the email you registered with, and youll receive an email and a text with a new password.

    • What if someone cheats?

      The challenge operates on the honor system. Please don't cheat!

    • Can I take a sick day?

      Sorry, no sick days are allowed. Thats part of the challenge! (But take care of yourself and dont overdo it.)

    • Can I split my daily mile into smaller chunks?

      Nope! Your daily mile needs to be completed in a single effort.

    • Can I "bank" miles for future days?

      No, this challenge isnt about stockpiling miles. Its about consistent daily activity!

    • Can I substitute other activities like biking or skiing?

      Sorry, no wheels or gravity-based activities allowed.

    • Do I need to live locally to participate?

      Not at all! Invite friends and family from anywhere in the world to join youits a great way to stay accountable. Please note that any prizes must be picked up locally.
