The Urban Bourbon Ladies Nights are designed to get a group of women together to run and discuss important running topics. Our goal with these group runs is to build community and to educate on running important topics.

The runs are held once a month and Swags Sport Shoes South Location. We will begin with the group run at 6pm and have our informational clinics at 7pm. Grab your girlfriends and join us!
