11. Coaches of Louisville: Cindy Meyer (Wilder, Westport Middle, & Kammer)

Welcome back for our final episode of Coaches of Louisville. For this month's episode we interviewed Cindy Meyer. Cindy is the coach at not one but three schools! Running has always been a part of her family and she ran her first fun run when she was just 3 years old. She competed in track and cross country but in college she competed for the University of Louisville in Pole Vault. Cindy has always had a love for the sport and began her coaching career coaching Pole Vault at Bellarmine. Once she began having children, she took a step back from coaching to focus on her family. She got back into coaching when her kids needed a coach for one of their school teams. She then started running again and has achieved personal goals which at one time she didn't think was possible. Throughout this episode you will get a glimpse into Cindy's life and hear how she juggles family life with teaching and coaching. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we do.
