Join us every Thursday night at 7pm for a speed workout session at Ballard High Schools track. Schedule and workouts are as follows:
June 13- 4x600, 4x400
June 20- 1000m, 200m recovery, 400x30 (3 minute rest between)
June 27- 2x800, 2x400, 2x300, 2x200
July 4- NO WORKOUT
July 11- 8x400
July 18- 2x600, 2x400, 4x300
July 25- (1000m,200m recovery,400m) x3 (3 minute rest in between)
August 1- 1-1200, 1-800, 4x400
August 8- 8x300
